 BOSNIAN SERB PRESIDENT LOSES COURT CASE
 The dissolution of parliament by       
 Bosnian Serb President Biljana Plavsic 
 was "unconstitutional", the country's  
 Constitutional Court has ruled.        
                                        
 The court has called on parliament and 
 other bodies to continue functioning as
 before July 3.                         
                                        
 Mrs Plavsic has been embroiled in a    
 power struggle with hardliners loyal to
 formjt leader Radovan Karadzic.        
                                        
 She has already said she would ignore  
 any ruling by the court.
