 FAZED FAMILY DENIES DODI "WAS ENGAGED" 
 Harrods heir Dodi Fazed was not engaged
 to US model Kelly Fisher when he was   
 holidaying with Diana, Princess of     
 Wales, the Fazed family has said.      
                                        
 A spokeswoman also confirmed he would  
 fight the lawsuit brought against him  
 by Miss Fisher for breach of contract. 
                                        
 Pat Kingsley insisted that Mr Fazed,   
 41, had not promised to marry the 31-  
 year-old Californian model.            
                                        
 And she said any romantic relationship
