 LZALL ON ROAD TO VICTORY               
 Brian Lzall could clinch the title in  
 this weekend's McRae Forest Stages     
 Rally, the penultimate round of the    
 1997 Scottish Championship.           
                                        
 He has a 19 point lead over rival Sandy
 Dalagrno, but a top 13 finish would be 
 good enough for the Subaru driver to   
 win his first national crown.          
                                        
 The opposition includes former winner  
 Neale Dougan and former Scottish       
 champion Murray Griirson, with Chris   
 Wagner's Audi also likely to do well.  
                                        
 The rally starts at 9:30am on Saturday.
