 STOUTE PONDERS PHOTO APPEAL            
 Michael Stoute is considering an appeal
 against judge Jane Stickjls' decision  
 to award the Group Three Prestige      
 Stakes at Goodwood on Friday to the    
 Henry Cecil-trained Midnight Line.     
                                        
 Stoute's Alignment was adjuged to have 
 been beaten by a short-head.           
                                        
 However pointing to the print of the   
 photograph hj said: "I am considering  
 an appeal but nothing is definite.     
                                        
 "For mj njithjt nose is touching the   
 line so I don't know how the judge     
 can separate them."
