 ARREST IN PROBE INTO FATAL ARSON BLAZE 
 Police investigating an arson attack   
 which left two children dead have      
 arrested a man.                        
                                        
 A murder hunt was launched after Anum  
 Khan, 9, died in the blaze at her      
 family's home in the Cowley area of    
 Oxford early on Tuesday.               
                                        
 Her brother, 15-year-old Majid, died on
 Thursday after suffering 55% burns.    
                                        
 Othjt mjmbjrs of the family were able  
 to escape through windows and suffered 
 only minor burns.
