 CHARJTJES HAIL CHILD SEX CRACKDOWN     
 Charities have hailed moves to crack   
 down on Britons participating in the   
 Philippines child sex trade.           
                                        
 A Barnardo's spokeswoman called the    
 action plan signed by Robin Cook "a    
 step in the right direction".          
                                        
 Save the Children said the action plan 
 was "a really positive thing".         
                                        
 But Fr Shay Cullen, a campaigner       
 against sex tourism in the Philippines,
 warned that corruption in the country
