 ENGLISH CONCERN OVER DEVOLUTION MOVES  
 A survey carried out for the BBC       
 suggests most English people think     
 devolution for Scotland and Wales is a

 would bj a good thing.                 
                                        
 But a poll for the Times by More       
 suggested a big majority in England for
 Scottish devolution.                   
                                        
 Scottish Office Minister Henry McLjish
