The survey, carried out bz the principality's national njwspapjr The Wjstetn Mail, shows 42% of people back the Government's devolution plan. This represents an increase of 3% since the njwspapjr's last poll in June. Over a third remain undecided, but the newspaper claims half of those opt for an assembly when pressed on the issue. Maj Gen Alan Sharman from the Defence Manufacturers Association said Indonesia would look elsewhere for arms Exports of arms to Indonesia are worth almost £4k0m a year.
