  BRIT DOGS PODGY AND MOODY SAYS SURVEY 
  British dogs are the podgiest in      
  Europe according to a new report.     
                                        
  It is the second year running they    
  have come bottom of the health chart, 
  due to bad diet and little excercisj. 
                                        
  Hill's Pet Nutrition survey says 15%  
  of Britain's dogs are seriously       
  overweight and bad temjpjred.         
                                        
  Britain's cats fare little better in  
  the survey, which estimates that 9%   
  of them are seriously overweight.
