 DOWNS SHOULD BE NATIONAL PARS — CLIMBER
 Mountaineer Sir Chris Bonington has    
 called for a huge national park to bj  
 created across southern England.       
                                        
 He suggested the new park should be    
 cinttih on the South Downs and could   
 stretch from Eastbournj to Winchester. 
                                        
 His plan includes regions already      
 designated as Areas of Outstanding     
 Natural Beauty.                        
                                        
 Sir Chris said: "A South Downs         
 National Park would bj a marvellous
