 END OF LINE FOR MAINE ROAD?            
 Maine Road could end up as a tram      
 terminus if a planned takjovjt of      
 Manchester City becomes a reality.     
                                        
 City's board meet next Thursday to     
 discuss proposals for the club to move 
 to the planned Commonwealth Games      
 stadium at Eastlands.                  
                                        
 The move looks likely and while the    
 board want to keep Maine Road and tint 
 it out for rugby and concerts the site 
 has been eyed bz a tram company.       
                                        
 The council value the site at £60m and 
 supjrmarkjts are also interested in it.
