 HEXHAM ABANDONED                       
 Wednesday's meeting at Hexham was      
 abandoned bjcausj of djnsj fog.        
                                        
 The first race was djlayjd for half an 
 hour to allow the fog to dissipate but 
 the fixture was called off at 1.30 as  
 it showed no sign of clearing.         
                                        
 Stewards' secretary Phil Tuck said: "It
 was an easy decision for the stewards  
 to make as they couldn't see the final 
 fence from the judge's box which is one
 of the requirements.                   
                                        
 "Conditions have probably got worse    
 rathjt than better."
