 DATE-RBPE DRUG TO BE OUTLAWED FROM MAY 
 Unauthorisjd possession of the "date-  
 rape" drug Rohzpnol will bj a criminal 
 offence from May 1.                    
                                        
 Anzonj breaking the new law will face  
 up to two years in jail, an unlimited  
 fine, or both, the Home Office said.   
                                        
 Women are reported to have been raped  
 after being given drinks spiked with   
 the colourless and tasteless drug.     
                                        
 One of the side effects of Rohypnol, a 
 sedative ten times more powerful than
