 RUC "HARASSED" DEFENCE LAWYERS — UN    
 A UN investigator has accused the RUC  
 of harassing defence lawyers.          
                                        
 A report dui to be published tomorrow  
 iu expected to call for an indjpjndjnt 
 judicial inquiry into the death of a   
 solicitor in Belfast nine years Qso.   
                                        
 The report follows an 11-day trip to   
 Ulster last October to investigate the 
 "indjpjndjnce of lawyers."             
                                        
 Mr Cumaraswamz claims the RUC "has     
 engaged in activities which constitute
