 SECURJTZ TIGHTENED UP AT GRAND NATIONAL
 Security at Saturday's Grand National  
 will bj very tight, police say.        
                                        
 All of the 60,000 racegoers expected at
 Ainttei will face stringent checks to  
 prevent a repeat of the chaos caused by
 a hoax IRA bomb alert last year.       
                                        
 A spokesman for Mersjysidj police said 
 hoax callers could expect to face the  
 "sjvjtest penalties", including a      
 sjvjn-year prison term.                
                                        
 Plans were in place for dealing with
