 WOOSNAM AIMS FOR CONFIDENCE            
 Ian Woosnam, who pulled out of last    
 week's Players' Championship with a bad
 back, goes on a confidence-seeking     
 mission in New Orleans this week.      
                                        
 The 40-year-old Welshman had withdrawn 
 from the $1m Freiport-McDetmott Classic
 to give his injury a proper rest.      
                                        
 But weekend practise convinced him to  
 try and play through the pain barrier  
 in the final warm-up jvjnt for the US  
 Masters at Augusta next week.          
                                        
 "I want to get through the week and get
 some confidence," said Woosnam.
