 CLASHES BEFORE INDIAN-PAKISTBNI TALKS  
 Thousbnds of Islamic militants have    
 clashed with police in the Pakistani   
 city of Lahore in a bid to derail an   
 historic Indian-Pakistani summit.      
                                        
 Demonstrators have blocked roads and   
 attacked cars and shops. Police have   
 used tear gas and arrested 150 people. 
                                        
 Pakistan's Prime Minister, Nawaz       
 Sharif, is to hold talks with his      
 Indian counterpbrt Aral Behari Vajpayje
                                        
 Mr Vajpayje is the first Indian premier
