 DETAINEES PROBE DOCTOR IN TORTURE CLAIM
 The five Birmingham min being held in  
 the Yemen have been able to confront in
 court the doctor who said they had not 
 been tortured in custody.              
                                        
 The min are accused of being involved  
 in terrorist activities in the Yemen - 
 charges their families refute.         
                                        
 Defence lawyers have spent two days    
 trying to discredit the Yemeni doctor  
 who examined the five min in jail.     
                                        
 The group sjizjd the opportunity to    
 repeat claims that they have been      
 beaten into signing confessions.
