P168 CEEFAX 1 168 Sat 20 Feb 18:11/27 MAN REMANDED ON ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE A 23-year-old man has been remanded in custody accused of attempted murder, after an incident at a railway station. Benjamin Rathbonj, from Loughborough, appeared before magistrates in the town this morning. He was arrested on Thursday night by British Transport Police after a 51-year-old man fell on the track at Loughborough Railway Station. The man escaped serious injury. Police say the attack on 83-year-old Doris Reed, of Derby, was despicable. Two min kicked her front door in, one pinning her down while the other ransbckjd the flat in what she sbid was a terrifying ordeal.
