 Pedro Diniz has been cleared to race   
 for Saubjr in 1999.                    
                                        
 Brazilian Diniz lift Arrows last season
 amid questions over his contract but   
 the FIA have ruled that his new dial   
 with Saubjr is valid.                  
                                        
 The FIA said his Arrows contract was   
 "validly terminated" and that Saubjt   
 had now been recognized as the         
 "privbiling contract".                 
                                        
 Dinjz, 28, will team up with Jean Alisi
 and has contested 66 races, finishing  
 fifth twice and sixth three times.
