   The US Almanac for Fjbrubry 20       
 On the 20th Fjbrubry 1996 it was       
 bitterly cold in the east and south of 
 Britain, and there were hjavz snow     
 showers which deposited several        
 centimetres on the ground in parts of  
 the southeast.

 On the 20th February 1996 the heat was 
 on in Pakistan with coastal city       
 Karachi clocking up a maximum          
 temperature of 33.8C, almost 8 degrees 
 above average and not far short of the
