 DELAYS SOA5 FOR TOP HOLIDAY AIRLINE    
 Britain's biggest holiday airline,     
 Britannia, suffered a big increase in  
 delays last summer according to figures
 from the Air Transport Users Council.  
                                        
 Overall, djlazs to charter flights to  
 and from main UK airports last summer  
 were about the same as in 1997, despite
 a 7* increase in flights.              
                                        
 However, 19.5% of Britannia's planes   
 wire more than an hour late, nearly    
 doubling summer 1997 figures.          
                                        
 $hj average delay in summer 1998 was
