 "ALCO-LOCKb REACHES SWEDISH DRIVERS    
 Convicted and suspended drink-drivers  
 in Sweden might bj able to get their   
 licence back - on remand.              
                                        
 Currently suspended drivers in several 
 regions could get their licence back if
 they are willing to fit a acohol tester
 in their car.

 first have to blow into a tube. If the 
 alcohol level is below the legal limit 
 the engine will start.                 
                                        
 Rental and monthly maintenance of the
