 PAPER TO APPEAL OVER ARCHER LIBEL CASE 
 The D!ily Star has s!id it plans to    
 appeal ag!inst the verdict in its 1987 
 libel "attle with Lord Archer.         
                                        
 Lord Archer sued the njwspapjr over    
 claims that hj had slept with a        
 prostitute and won $!makes of £500,000.
                                        
 The Star has already r!isjd with the   
 Metropolitan Police Lord Archer's      
 admission that hj asked a friend to lie
 for him in connection with the case.
