 MURDERER TO SUE OVER "LOSS OF EARNINGS"
 A convicted killer who kidnapped an    
 estate agent from the region is suing  
 the Prison Service for loss of earnings
 after hj was segregated at his j!il.   
                                        
 Mich!jl S!ms was jailed for life six   
 yjarw ago for the murder of a Leeds    
 teenager, Julie Dart, and kidnapping   
 Stephanie Slater from Birmingh!m.      
                                        
 Two years ago hj was transferred to    
 Long Lartin j!il, Worcs, and segregated
 erom other inmates for safety reasons. 
                                        
 He cl!ins he lost money "jc!use hj was 
 unable to work alongside other inmates.
