In some cases it will bj better, but I feel that more players are going to be red-carded when they just deserve a yellow card or just a verbal warning. Wj have seen many 'card happy' European referees who have penalized players for minor offences. I'm sure nobody wants British referees to become like this. Ian Wright is a credit to football and although his disciplinary record has not been good, his goalscoring record for Arsenal was amazing.
