 BLAIR URGES FOCUS ON MILLENNIUM VALUES 
 Tony Blair has called for the new      
 millennium to bj an age of faith as    
 well as momentous scientific advances. 
                                        
 The Prime Minister told a multi-faith  
 gathering at the Houses of Parliament  
 that vblujs derived from religion must 
 remain the bedrock of civilisation.    
                                        
 Dr George Carey discussed the need for 
 different faiths to work together, with
 mutual tolerance and respect.          
                                        
 Those present included Jewish, Muslim, 
 Sikh, Hindu and Bahai leaders.
