 COMMITTEE CHAIR SAYS ARMY UNDER-FUNDED 
 An influential Labour MP says reports  
 of alleged problems faced by British   
 troops advancing into Kosovo indicate  
 serious under-funding.                 
                                        
 Documents seen by the BBC claim paras  
 had to borrow weapons from other units 
 because theirs did not work properly.  
                                        
 The reports also show that supposedly  
 secure radios could bj listened in to. 
                                        
 Bruce George, Chair of the Commons     
 Defence Committee and MP for Walsall   
 South, says it shows the army has been
