 In Tripoli three Libyans accused of    
 being British-backed terrorists have   
 been arrested and a fourth killed.     
                                        
 The official Libyan news agency said   
 the four were caught on Sunday trying  
 to infiltrate Libya from the bordjt    
 with Tunisia.                          
                                        
 The broadcast claimed the terrorist    
 group was trained in assassination in  
 Britain, Sudan, America and some Arab
