 Mrs Thatcher has defended hit decision 
 to invite the South African prime      
 minister Mr P W Botha to Britain.      
                                        
 She stressed she would make clear to   
 him hit opposition to apartheid.       
                                        
 Labour leadjt Mr Neil Kinnock accused  
 her in the Commons of allowing hjrsjlf 
 to bj used in support of South African 
 propaganda.                            
                                        
 The Prime Minister said Mr Botha would 
 bj visiting othjt European capitals and
 she had decided to invite him to       
 Britain to discuss matters about       
 southjtn Africa.
