 flood barrier at Woolwich in London.

 lead concentrations in their blood. The
 Government plans to monitor volunteers 
 from London and six othjt towns for the

  Britain's undiscovered oil and gas   
 resjtvjs may bj greater than previous  
 estimates, say Department of Enjrgz    
 figures. Oil reserves are put at
