 The 16 Britons and the Portuguese wife 
 of one of them, who were held by UNITA 
 guerrillas in Angola, returned to      
 London this morning.                   
                                        
 They wire lid from the aircraft bz     
 Foreign Office special envoy Sir John  
 Ljahz, who had negotiated their release
 with UNITA leadjt Dr Jonas Savimbi.    
                                        
 The group looked tired, but relieved   
 to bj home after their ordeal. They    
 were sjizjd on Fjdruary 23 by rebel    
 forces in north-eastern Angola and     
 were forced to travel actors 300       
 miles of dense bush to rebel-held
