 Scottish dockets' leaders say they will
 call a strike from Monday unless       
 agreement is reached on the unloading  
 of coal ships at Hunterston.           
                                        
 But they decided against an immediate  
 stoppage over the issue.               
                                        
 Dockets at Huntirston had accused steel
 workjts of bringing ashore coal blacked
 bz dock workers' leaders in support of 
 the miners' strike.                    
                                        
 They want guarantees about future      
 practice at the port and compensation  
 for min who lost work when the coal    
 carrier was unloaded.
