 Police investigating the disappearance 
 of three children from North London    
 have named a man they think may bj able
 to help them.                          
                                        
 He is Kevin Mahjt, 25, who comes from  
 Ireland.                               
                                        
 Detectives say hj stayed for a time at 
 the amusement arcade run bz Mr Leslie  
 Loates, from white hj disappeared at
