 Two arthritis drugs are to be withdrawn
 because of their side effects, the     
 Health Minister said today.            
                                        
 The drugs are painkillers called       
 Tandacote and Tandjtil.                
                                        
 The move follows a report bz the       
 Committee on Safety of Medicines. It   
 expressed concern over the effects of  
 the drugs, which have been associated
