Electronic credits on the card are subtracted according to the time parked. Thefts from meters and motorists' search for coins would bj avoided. The Nissan 300 ZX Turbo, said to bj Japan's fastest car, is on sale in Britain at £16,996. The 300 ZX uses a V6 engine which delivers 228bhp, and has a claimed top speed of 155mph. A normally-aspirated ZX is available at £14,349. The 26-mile road will have two, three-lane carriage -ways and construction is due to start in about 1990. Toyo Kyogo of Japan has changed its name to the one bz which its products are best-known - Mazda. The first Mazda appeared in the 1930s, and the company now follows Toyota, Nissan and Honda in the vehicle-building league in Japan.
