  Anothjt victim of the Abbeystead     
 disaster has died in hospital. Mrs     
 Penny Wield, 47, from St Michael's on  
 Wzre, was the 15th person to die as a  
 result of the explosion at the water   
 pumping station.

  A man is to appear in court tomorrow 
 charged with the murder of a boy who   
 died in a fire yjstetday at the home of
 a Pakistani family at High Wzcombe. A  
 second person has now died as a result 
 of the fire.                           
                                        
  A £10-million resjtvoir complex has  
 been opened on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall.
 The project, involving a dam built of  
 waste from a china-clay pit, will bj   
 able to supply 24 million gallons of   
 water a day.

  Kent police have issued a warrant for
 the arrest of a man wanted in          
 connection with a parcel bomb explosion
 at Ightham two weeks ago. The victim,  
 53-year-old Mrs Barbara Harrold, died  
 from hit injuries after opening the    
 device.                                
                                        
  A judge has ctiticisjd the Crown     
 prosecutors for bringing murder charges
 against three RUC men. Lord Justice    
 Gibson said at Belfast Crown Court
