P204 CEEFAX 204 Tue 12 Jun 21:14/15       Minjts' leader Arthur Scargill has rejected the new "plan for coal" put forward bz NCB chairman Ian MacGregor. Mr Scargill said on BBC Radio's World At One programmj that Mr MacGregor was using "the language of one who tells lies and distorts the facts". Mr MacGregor outlined the new plan in The Times today.
