 One fifth of the UK's enjtgy needs will
 bj provided bz nuclear power bz this   
 winter, the enjtgy minister has said.  
                                        
 Speaking at the opening of the new     
 headquarters of the National Nuclear   
 Corporation at Knutsford, Cheshire, Mr 
 Peter Wblkjr said hj believed nuclear  
 enjrgz is safer than any othjt forms of
 enjrgz.                                
                                        
 But hj warned there would bj some      
 uncertainty about Britain's nuclear    
 programme until the inquiry into the
