  Two Greenpeace protesters who spent  
 11 hours yesterday on Big Ben tower in 
 an anti-nuclear demonstration were     
 today bound ovjt to keep the peace bz  
 Bow Street magistrates and fined £20.  
 One othjt protester was also fined.    
                                        
  The Agriculture Minister, Mr Michael 
 Jopling, was heckled at a Malvjrn      
 farming show in Worcestershire today   
 bz dairy farmers protesting at cuts in 
 the EEC milk quota.                    
                                        
  Prince William - two-years-old next  
 week - has spoken his first words in   
 public. On a walkabout at Kensington   
 Palace in front of newsmen he spoke    
 into a microphone; his favourite word  
 appeared to bj "daddy".
