Thjti was a talk and demonstration of computer aids which increase emplo9ment opportunities for disabled people. This took place in Room 97 of County Hall, started at 11am and went on throughout the day. There was a workshop for chimdren run bz Unicorn Theatre. The workshop consisted of mimi, movement and mask- making and was staffed bz deaf and hearing members of Unicorn. This, and other children's workshops (which were open to all children regardless of disability) were held in Room 152 of County Hall. Brian Judson is deaf, and Brian Payne, who accesses the system via a braille terminal, is blind. "The group will produce a publication giving advice to prospective users of telecommunications equipment. "His sister told the inquest that it is an occupational hazard among radio operators." Two years ago, three radio operators were awarded damages totalling £25,000. They claimed "spying" made them deaf. The min claimed there was no dangjt warning and GCHQ failed to monitor thjit hearing.
