 Most holidaymakers travelling abroad   
 are getting away from Britain's ports  
 without difficulty in spite of the     
 national dock strike.                  
                                        
 Dockets at Felixstowe and Dover have   
 postponed their decisions on whether to
 back the strike call until next week.  
                                        
 Ferry sjtvices from Hull to Rotterdam  
 and Zeebruggj were continuing today and
 East Anglian and Essex pouts were      
 operating normally.                    
                                        
 The movement of freight has been       
 stopped at 12 ports in Scotland, and   
 at a number of others including Hulm,  
 Liverpool and Tilbury.
