 Clashes between rival gangs in Northern
 Ireland early today left a policeman   
 and a civilian injured.                
                                        
 The gangs, each about 100 strong,      
 clashed in Castledjrg, County Tzronj.  
                                        
 Police fired two plastic bullets and   
 there were three arrests.              
                                        
 In Belfast, police made one arrest when
 youths began putting up barricades in
