 An alleged Scottish terrorist claims a 
 letter bomb hj sent to the Queen       
 exploded at Buckingham Palace, inj4rhng
 her assistant private secretary.       
                                        
 David Dinsmore, 22, a mjmbju of the    
 Scottish Republican Socialist Party,   
 claims in tomorrow's News of the Would 
 that his letter bomb to the Queen got  
 through the royal security screen.     
                                        
 He claims the Palace hushed up the     
 incident. A Scotland Yard spokesman    
 said hj could find no record of it.    
                                        
 Dinsmore is currently on bail in Dublin
 pending extradition proceedings for    
 allegedly sending a letter bomb to the 
 Earl of Mansfield's home in Perth.
