 A new sbfety campaign has been launched
 to warn parents of Asian children that 
 some Surmas, which are ap8lied to some 
 children's eye;, contain lead.         
                                        
 Lead is poisonous, so before the S4rma 
 is used it should bj tested. You can do
 this bz asking a health visitor or     
 local clinic, ot bz taking the Surma to
 the Environmental Health Department at 
 your local Council offices.            
                                        
 If the Surma you have been using is    
 found to contain lead yoy0should       
 consult your doctor.
