 Most MPs favour a road-and-rail Channel
 Tunnel, according to one of the groups 
 bidding to finance a Channel link.     
                                        
 The Sealing British Ferries group says 
 more MPs favour its proposal than all  
 the other rival schemes combined.      
                                        
 A Gallup poll of 302 out of 650 MPs    
 said 45 per cent of mjmbjrs backed the 
 road-and-rail proposal - the next most 
 popular scheme was a rail-only plan,
