  Four people were hurt when a gust of 
 wind knocked a 250 lb aluminium        
 Christmas decoration on to four people 
 in a Bedford shopping precinct. Two    
 teenage girls are in hospital with head
 injuries. Two adults were allowed home.
                                        
  An MP has called for an inquiry into 
 why an RAF helicopter took two hours to
 reach a stricken fishing boat on which 
 six people died last Friday. Mr Albert 
 McQuarrie, MP for Banff and Buchan,    
 said the families of the dead wanted an
