 The High Court has lifted 30           
 injunctions won bz the nuclear waste   
 agency NIREX against Lincolnshire      
 and Humbjrsidj protesters.             
                                        
 The protesters had been trying to stop 
 NIREX starting test drilling on        
 proposed nuclear waste dumping sites.  
                                        
 Mr Justice Henry also lifted an        
 injunction which had meant the groups  
 were liable for the actions of their   
 members who blocked entry to the sites.
                                        
 But hj allowed injunctions to remain   
 in force on 20 of the demonstrators.   
 NIREX is to appeal.
