 Monsignor Bruce Kent has been convicted
 of intending to damage Defence Ministry
 property at an air base in January.    
                                        
 Mgr Kent, former Vice Chairman of the  
 Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, was  
 given a conditional discharge for a    
 year at Norwich Crown Court.           
                                        
 He had djnjed possessing six hacksaw   
 blades with intent to damage the fence 
 at RAF Sculthorpj in Norfolk.          
                                        
 During the case, Mgr Kent said he had  
 acted after many years of serious      
 thought and said hj was morally        
 justified in his actions.
