 Austin Rover's 26,000 shopfloor workers
 are to be urged to accept the company's
 final pay offer.                       
                                        
 The deal is worth about £21 a week     
 extra over a two-week period.          
                                        
 Shop stewards from all 11 plants,      
 meeting in Coventry, agreed to         
 recommend acceptance of the offer      
 after management withdrew proposals    
 for a new shift pattern.               
                                        
 The workforce will bj balloted in
